Cabo Wabo Cantina “will go all the way” this football season, with a rousing roster of events taking place Saturdays, Sundays and Monday nights. Sammy Hagar’s rockin’ cantina will prove to be the best bet on the Strip with ten high-definition televisions, a delicious football brunch menu, amazing drink specials and outstanding giveaways all season long.
Football fans might not all agree on which team is best, but one thing they can all agree on is when it comes to football, Cabo Wabo’s got it going on. The cantina’s fanatical football lineup includes game time specials, kickoff return rewards, a touchdown wheel of deals, complimentary shots to fans of winning teams, a Monday night loyalty program and $1 post-game beers on Mondays.
With college and NFL games kicking off the first week in September, the rock ‘n’ roll hotspot will be raring and ready to go, opening its doors Saturdays and Sundays at 9:30 a.m. Fans will cheer on their favorite team while their taste buds cheer for Cabo Wabo’s football brunch menu, served from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. all weekend long. Savory brunch specialties include chorizo and egg tacos, a big breakfast burrito and huevos rancheros along with the cantina’s menu of signature Mexican selections.
Beginning Saturday, September 4, Cabo Wabo will show each and every game on ten high definition big screen televisions. Game time specials including $5 touchdown shots, $5 buffalo chicken nachosand buckets of fries, $10 buckets of wings and $20 buckets of beer, will get fans back in the game.
Because Monday nights are extra special, the cantina will offer additional specials during Monday night games. Join “Cabo Wabo’s Monday Night Loyalty” club to receive a free entrée and a chance to win a Super Sunday party for ten at the cantina. Fans will also enjoy touchdown specials, $1 kickoff return shots, and because Cabo Wabo loves good sportsmanship, all patrons proudly sporting the winning team’s jersey at the end of each game will receive a shot on the house. LAVO tribute to Michael Jackson
Sunday night a group of former contestants from ABC’s The Bachelor and The Bachelorette gathered at LAVO at DJ Vice paid tribute to Michael Jackson. Newlyweds Jesse Csinsak and Ann Leuders were joined by Vienna Girardi, Brian Westendorf, John Hardesty, Natalie Getz and Nikki Kaapke in the club. The group all donned silver gloves in honor of the King of Pop and enjoyed Grey Goose cocktails and shots of Patron.
Also spotted taking in the scene was Floyd Mayweather Jr., who stuck to Coca-Cola and snacked on pizza in the club while his friends drank Grey Goose, Patron and Moet Nectar Rose.

Hard working rockers can take a break from the 9-to-5 and enjoy a Labor Day fiesta starting Friday, September 3, and lasting all weekend long.
Because no one understands music like Sammy Hagar’s rock-lovin’ cantina, Cabo Wabo will kick off Labor Day weekend with a big musical bang. On Friday and Saturday night starting at 9 p.m. guests will experience the ultimate rock-inspired piano battle. Guests will enjoy the interactive experience as they request their favorite songs in a grueling competition of the ivory keys.
And for those that may have had a little too much fun over the weekend, Cabo Wabo has the ultimate Sunday morning remedy. Revelers that want a little spice in their lives will enjoy Sammy’s Rockin’ Mariachi Brunch from 11:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. Patrons can nurse their hangovers with traditional Mexican favorites like chorizo and eggs, $6 Bloody Marias, mimosas and micheladas, while they jam out to the festive sounds of Cabo Wabo’s house mariachi band.
Partygoers that get their second wind on Sunday night will also get a shot at their 3-minutes of fame. Starting at 9 p.m. aspiring rock stars will be encouraged to take the Red Rocker’s stage and showcase their vocal talents with live band 3 Digit IQ during Cabo Wabo Karaoke. Ambitious vocalists and tipsy first-timers will be rewarded with a complimentary shot of Cabo Wabo Tequila.
Hard workers that are overworked and underpaid can “stick it to the man” on Monday as they enjoy one last night of debauchery with $1 domestic drafts from 9 p.m. until midnight.

At Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas ABC’s “The Bachelor Pad” hunks David Good and Jesse Kovacs continued their Hard Rock weekend, partying at Rehabduring the day and later at Vanity. At Rehab, the guys happily posed for photos with ladies. At Vanity, they made their way over to the DJ booth to hang out with DJ Five.
Angela Simmons, fashion designer and Russell Simmons’ daughter, stopped by Vanity with a small group of friends. The group danced the night away in their VIP booth.
Last night, Vanity was the place to be for bachelor and bachelorettes. In celebration of ABC’s ‘The Bachelor’ Jesse Csincsak and his expectant fiancée Ann Lueders, the star’s friends and co-reality personalities came out in force to celebrate their upcoming nuptials. LE RÊVE CAST TO PERFORM LIVE ON AMERICA’S GOT TALENT
The cast of Le Rêve will be featured on NBC’S hit television show America’s Got Talent with a guest performance on Wednesday, September 1. Twenty-eight members of the cast will travel to Los Angeles for the live filming to showcase elements of the staged production at Wynn Las Vegas, including the high-energy Red Men scene and the breathtaking Hand-to-Hand duo.

Recording artist, William Jonathan Drayton Jr. better known by his stage name, Flavor Flav, came into Nove Italiano insidePalms Casino Resort on Monday. He and his guest started with shrimp francaise as an appetizer and for dinner, Flavor Flav enjoyed a rib eye paired with Fiji Water. For dessert, they shared the strawberry carpaccio. It was Flavor Flav’s fifth time having dinner at Nove Italiano.

Musician Vince Neil dined at N9NE Steakhouse inside Palms Casino Resort Sunday night (8.29.10). Accompanied by a friend, they sat at the bar for cocktails and shared the lobster pot stickers.
Also at N9NE Steakhouse was MMA fighter Roy Nelson who dined with seven others to celebrate a friend’s 40th birthday. The group enjoyed a bottle of Perrier Jouet champagne.
Comedian and actor Paul Montgomery “Pauly” Shore dined with a friend. They shared the shellfish platter and ravioli. For their main course, Shore and his friend shared the Hanger steak special, Mahi Mahi special and sides of asparagus, mushrooms and summer vegetables.
Later that evening, Playboy Club hosted its Playboy Club Model Search and Shore was the celebrity judge. Shore announced Jamillette Gaxiola as the winner of Miss Playboy Club September 2010. Gaxiola is a model and lives in Las Vegas.

Pauly Shore relaxed at Palms Pool & Bungalows on Saturday (8.28.10). Shore and his guest sat at an island cabana and left the pool at 3:30 p.m.
Baron Davis, point guard for the Los Angeles Clippers, and Tayshaun Durell Prince, forward for the Detroit Pistons, dined at N9NE Steakhouse. Davis, Prince and three friends enjoyed rock shrimp, and Caesar salad. Baron ordered the filet with steak fries and drank a Ketel One mixed drink. Prince enjoyed Morty’s organic lemon chicken and a side of green beans with amixed drink.
Other N9NE Steakhouse guests included Stacy Keibler, actress, model and former professional wrestler. Keibler dined at the bar, ordered a glass of wine and enjoyed the 16oz New York sirloin with a side of asparagus.
American heavy metal band, Five Finger Death Punch partied at Playboy Club with 10 friends. They enjoyed Ketel One andmixed drinks.
Olympic gold medalist, Michael Phelps partied at Moon Nightclub with 10 friends. Phelps and friends drank Fiji water, Ketel One and mixed drinks throughout the night. DJ Stonerokk gave Phelps a shout out.
REAL WORLD STAR RYAN LESLIE GETS ROWDY AT McFADDEN’S
Real World: New Orleans star Ryan Leslie brought his wild side to McFadden’s Restaurant and Saloon at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino on Saturday night as he partied the night away and hosted a Real World-worthy back to school bash. Leslie enjoyed pints of Guinness while at the rowdy Irish bar, played beer pong and got behind the bar to pour drinks for eagerly awaiting fans. Later in the evening, Leslie jumped on top of McFadden’s mahogany bar and judged a girl-on-girl kissing contest.
Bridget Marquardt Takes a Romantic Gondola Ride at The Venetian
Bridget Marquardt and her boyfriend Nick Carpenter enjoyed a romantic gondola ride at The Venetian last night. Bridget mentioned she was looking forward to the gondola ride her entire stay. The adorable couple held hands, cuddled and sneaked kisses as they floated down the Grand Canal. Following the ride, Bridget and Nick dined at Wolfgang Puck’s CUT at The Palazzo. The couple sat side by side in a booth and selected Sherwood Pinot Noir to accompany their entrees. Bridget was excited for amuse of gougers “cheese puffs” the restaurant serves as a starter.
For the main course, Bridget dined on the Dry Aged Petit New York while Nick enjoyed the Dry Aged Rib Eye. The couple shared mac & cheese and cream of spinach for their sides. To complete the romantic evening, the couple treated themselves to Bruléed Baby Banana Cream Pie for dessert, which is made with cream brulee, roasted banana, whipped cream, chocolate sauce and chocolate pearls. Nick recognized the server as one of his good High School friends and was happy to have a familiar face taking care of them.
On Saturday night, the couple hit hotspot TAO at The Venetian and dined on the chef’s selection of favorites including Chilean Sea Bass and Sushi Rolls before heading up to the nightclub.
Olivia Harrison at The Beatles LOVE
Olivia Harrison, wife of the late George Harrison, watched the 7 pm performance of The Beatles LOVE by Cirque du Soleil at The Mirage in Las Vegas yesterday. Accompanied by her 91 year old mother visiting from Los Angeles, the ladies sipped champagne and snacked on popcorn during the show, and went backstage to meet the cast afterwards. Olivia said LOVE was the best she’s ever seen it (and she’s been here over a half a dozen times), and that she felt overwhelmed with joy and slightly high from the experience. It was the most high energy performance of LOVE she’s ever seen.
LOVE was born out of a personal friendship and mutual admiration between George Harrison and Cirque du Soleil founder, Guy Laliberté. After George’s death, Olivia spearheaded the collaboration between The Beatles and Cirque du Soleil, to fulfill George’s dream for Beatles music and a Cirque du Soleil production.
